Delete Account & Data
At ScoopWell, we respect your right to control your personal information. If you wish to stop using ScoopWell and delete your account, we make it simple and transparent to purge your account and all associated personal data from our servers.
Delete directly in the ScoopWell App (Recommended)
If you have the ScoopWell iOS or Android app installed, you can delete your account instantly at any time:
- Open the ScoopWell app and log in to your account.
- Tap your Profile icon or open Settings from the navigation menu.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
- Confirm your deletion choice when prompted. Account deletion via the app takes effect immediately.

If you no longer have access to the mobile app or have uninstalled ScoopWell, you can submit an online account deletion request below.
What happens when you delete your account?
When an account deletion request is executed, ScoopWell permanently deletes or anonymizes your records across all systems:
- Personal Identifiers: Your profile name, email address, phone number, and authentication records are permanently erased.
- Health & Nutrition Logs: All daily food logs, supplement stacks, custom regimens, and nutrient intake records are removed.
- Notification Preferences: Push notification tokens and device associations are deleted.
Data Retention Exceptions
In certain limited instances, minimal data may be temporarily retained after account deletion:
- Legal & Tax Compliance: Transactional invoices or financial records required to comply with applicable tax laws in India are retained for mandatory statutory periods.
- Aggregated Data: Fully de-identified, non-personal analytical statistics (such as general nutrient trend aggregations) may remain, as they contain no personal identifiers and cannot be linked back to you.
